"Swan Lake" is probably the most famous ballet. Music by Tchaikovsky (maybe that should end in an "i")
Or did you mean a ballet company? If so "The Bolshoi" Moscow, "Sadler's Wells" London, "The Kirov" Moscow.

Tchaikovsky wrote a number of them: The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and Sleeping Beauty, just to name three.

Others are Agnes DeMille's Appalachian Spring, and I believe she also choreographed Rodeo.

I don't know who did Afternoon of a Faun; however, Stravinsky did The Rite of Spring.
