Bikram (hot) yoga.
The room is heated to 99 when tyhe class starts. By the end the temp is about 104-106... It is such a great workout. Any time you wanna try it let me know...........

For me, I try not to eat late at night, like around after 10p.m. That's when it is hard for the food to digesting,because that when our body not active as much compare to during the daytime. Normally, around this time, either we sit and watch TV or get ready for bed.

Jog about 6-7 Miles every couple of days, eat salads at least once a day.

3 kids and a husband, a house to keep, dogs to walk then walking the kids to school and walking home twice a day. oh and a s@#t load of water

I eat vegan (for many good reasons)
I eat mostly sugar free (with only xylitol, stevia, maltitol sorbitol, and some fruits as sweeteners)

eating lots of carbs and sitting on the computer for around 9 hours a day... oh yea... and i have an extremely high metabolism...

You should already know this, but I jump naked every single night on my trampoline for as long as I can(usually about an hour). It gets my cardio going, tones my legs, arms and abs(flipping). I do it naked, because I live in a private area and because I'm a FREAKY sexy biatch. LOL I wear clothes if it's cold (sometimes,lol)
