Whenever I turn on my desktop, it says that there is a problem and that it can't get into windows. It is a black screen with options like safemode and start with settings that worked best etc. I've tried every one of them and it still will not start windows. It just beeps and starts the whole process over again. We've had the computer for a while and shortly before it did this is was telling me that it was low on memory space on the "c" drive. I tried to free up space but a few days later it started with this. Please tell me what I can do!!!!!

OK this is what you do, turn off you computer wait 30 seconds, turn it on and hit F9 as soon as you turn on your computer, keep hitting f9 until a screen pops up, its you wizard restore system, and from there just read the recovering system. That should work, good luck honey...all Sony computer the system disc drives are built in.
