Well those are totally different things! My favorite ride isn't neccessarily a ride I was scared on or vomited!
A ride on which I was scared: Supreme Scream at Knott's Berry Farm (Buena Park, California). Terrifies me and I refuse to go back on it.
A ride on which I vomited: some "monkey-cages" ferris wheel type of ride at a carnival...you get in a cage and the cage spins while the ride spins...I threw up...it's the ONLY ride I have ever thrown up on. Also not one of my favorites.
A few rides that ARE my favorites: Pirates of the Carribean, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain at Disneyland (California)...Tower of Terror, Soarin' Over California, Grizzly River Run at California Adventure...Ghostrider, Montezuma's Revenge, Boomerang at Knott's Berry Farm.

I've never actually vomited on a ride, to be honost I really don't get sick on that many rides... but a couple of my favourites are...
The Wild Thing @ Valleyfair in Shokopee, Minnesota
&
Steel Venom @ Valleyfair in Shokopee, Minnesota
Oh!
And also The Rip Cord at Valleyfair too-(The rip cord is where up to 3 people hang from a rope and someone pulls the rope thingy and you all freefall... that ride is awesome!)

I would have to say not the scariest but most definetly the most painful is Son of Beast at Paramount's King's Island. But my favorite ride is the Beast, the world's longest wooden roller coaster.

My favorite ride I have been on is the roller coaster on top of New York New York. It's wicked fast and you can see the whole strip when you're not screaming and upside down.
