I have this friend and we occasionally hang out. I have come to think that he was interested in me, he'd buy my drinks at the bar and I've been to his home a couple of times. He's kissed me a couple of times but there is one problem. He really likes a mutual friend of ours, and everyone knows about it. She told me that they would never be together b/c he wasn't her type, but they continue to be really good friends, they do everything together.So here lately his calls have withered away and we hardly talk outside of work but we still hang out afterwards. So the other day one of our mutual friends made a move on me and we made out at the bar. That night he found out about it and he didn't seem upset when he asked me about it. He made it out like it was funny. I told him that I had been drinking and it was just a fun time. But a couple of days after that, he's been ignoring me and my messages and my phone calls. I thought we were friends but now he hardly talks to me, what's going on?

This is not he man for you. He was thinking of you as a fall back girl. Fall back to if nothing else is available.
I'm sorry...I doubt he has any real feeling for you. That is his problem. Move on as it may be charter flaw or he was never interested.

It's a new thing guys have been doing for a couple of years, really playing hard to get. For some it really works to get women to double their efforts to attract their attention.
It's basically the same game women have been playing since time began.
I wouldn't worry about it. He'll be around once you back off a bit.
