Hello. I tried to burn an iso.( containind new BIOS) file using Nero Express 6. When I opened the CD-R it was empty . I was also not able to reboot with this CD. I tried two other burning programs but no success. The CD was always empty. It had the name of the burnt file but nothing else.Can someone offer some help.

ISO-burner is a great tool to use. It is free, easy to use and relaible (as it never failed me before) I suppose you find it useful

if this fails you could use daemon tools ..mount the iso on the virtual drive then copy the virtual disk
Ignore the security questions apon install. Daemon tools is much better than alcohol 120%

Download it again from net. It just a image not the complete file or in other words "it is corrupted". Download the bios update again.
or one more idea
Use WinRAR to open files of *.iso archieve. Extract all files then burn it to cd in open manner(means don't make any folder that containing these files, just write on root of cd). :) Hope u understand.

Are you trying to burn the .iso file as a file or a disk image? An iso file is a raw data stream file, it's meaningless to burn it as a file. In Nero you should have an option to 'burn disk image' or something like that.

I use this one and it works like a charm
After you install it it will be no where to be found, except in the add and remove programs.
Just right click what ever you want to burn and choose something like burn CD or the sort.

you should consider downloading the ISO file again,possibly from a different site. it could be corrupt

Look for a Program called Alchoal 120% it's a trial the best program you'll ever find. Google it. matter of fact here is the link..
