I do not regret my past. Without it, and the mistakes I might have made, I would have never learned from them, and be the person I am today. One cannot learn what the right thing to do is, if they never learned what they did wrong.

Pasts are usually for regretting as we realize we could have done much better. As a Christian I ask Christ for forgiveness and accept his promises. You may not want to have regrets, but having them will make you a better person if you do not repeat the type of actions that have given you the regrets you have.

Everyone regrets some of the things they did and some of the things they didn't say or do.
The key is to learn from any regrets you have so you don't make the same mistakes in the future.The worst thing to do is to dwell on past mistakes because that's too depressing and unproductive.

What is the point to ask this self defeating question?
Its not what you did do in life that your regret but what you did not do!
All the good and bad things that happened to you has made you the person you are today.
See the movie..."Its a Wonderfull Life" with James Stewart..
makes you think.

Why regret something? You dont have a time machine, you just need to get over what you did and ignore it, there is a reason why things change because most of the time it is for the better.

yes i regret let my ex husband go but i dint regret have 2 beautiful kids and 4 beautiful grand baby if i have a opinion of to changed i would of got a divorced but that is what he wont

I have regrets, but you can't go back in time and make them right... You are the person you because of your past, accept that... And move on with your life... What is past is past... The future is what counts now... :D

Dont regret your past, its what made you what you are today, if all those things didint happen you might have turned out to be very different, given you're an ok person and love yourself as you are today?

I regret alot of my past but wouldn't change it because I have 3 beautiful kids and a grandbaby that I might not have if I changed anything.
