RTO Pune is between collage of engg pune & pune railway station, near to sangam bridge.
There is also another RTO at Alandi.
I think, now all permanent licenses are issued from RTO Alandi, whereas learning licenses are issued at RTO, near Sangam Bridge.
Information like vehicle registration, etc can be sought at both RTO. (now being computerised) But, they still have issues like the signing authority is sitting somewhere else or bring on signature from the guy sitting in other office, etc.
In any of the cases, it's better to contact an agent & get your work done. (Of course, if you don't want to waste your time and test your patience....)

RTO is located near Sangam Bridge for getting registration and learning driving licence.Permanent licence/driving test is conducted at RTO Alandee Road.

rto office, pune is near to railway station, after crossing sangam bridge. It is near to Engineering college, pune.

I think you should reach your goal I'd say don't stop if you're doing it the healthy way go for it I've been told that I'm skinny,but I'm not trying to lose weight
