Topshop or H&M do a good range.

I know what you mean! I find the ones with lycra start off fitting me but go baggy at the butt after I've worn them for a few hours!

It's getting harder to find them. M&S are doing several styles now, and in black too. I still buy the £4 Tesco ones but you couldn't describe those as sexy....

I can't wear ones with lycra for more than a couple of hours. They make me itch.

most jeans will not have any lycra, the ones that do don't deserve to be called jeans as far as i'm concerned!!
levi's, topshop, h&m, gap are good, just don't go for anything tight cause they're the ones that usually contain lycra.
