Its a very big problem that anyone is hacking and lock my pc from windows password . I have make reset password disk by floppy rom , but this hacker has crashed that also and written message in pasword hint that " I don't let you to use your pc , I have some devices from which I can access your pc from one mile far away and I am listening you also from your voice . No antivirus software, no window defender , no window firewall will block me to lock your pc "
Sir , there is no way to hide him , he crash all of windows password, I don't know who is he or she , just he write the message in hint place .
Please if you can help me so do it soon and give the solution so I can follow these instructions

Yes one main thing is that , I have no lan card , no net connection , no cable or dsl modem , then also he did lock my pc from windows password , I just reinstall my pc and within 5 min ( if he or she available at his place ) so he lock my pc .
2nd main thing is that , my pc got lock at only my home , and I got many pc from my friends, cousin , neighbours but this hacker does lock that all pc too . It means NO PC CAN RUN FROM MY HOME .
please I want your help on this matter

I would strongly recommend that you delete any and all personal and private information that you can, if you are able to, such as credit card numbers, social security numbers etc.... Then I would save my current settings to a disc or another PC and then reinstall windows and start over with a different user name and password that would not be recognizable by this person.

Well I think this hacker must live with you or near you....

Here are some things you can do in order to fix it.

1. No hacker in the world can install a virus or in this case a keylogger without being able to do so over the internet. And since you said you do not have internet on this computer, impossible.

2. Press ALT+CONTROL+DELETE, look into the processes and see if you see anything suspicious...

3. If this is happening to all of the computers you bring in your home. Get professional help. This is maybe something you cannot control or beyond your scope of fixing.

Login in SAFE Mode (press F8 key just after the first flash screen of ur computer, then select safe mode) and logon by using Administrator priv. then in Control Panel>> User Accounts>> change ur password and also hint text.
you told u hav'nt any connectivity to outer world, than this person could be ur close.
If this is not possible Try a Fresh Install and use a long, new password and don't tell it anyone.
Did u have any blutooth device on ur system? if yes, then try to uninstall it and install only genuine softwares. And also if ur using Mobile phone with blutooth connected with computer, remove it.
It is not possible ........ hmm.. hm.... if this is true than u r really in a havoc situation. i Recommend u to Total Format ur Drive and check for any servilience device in ur room check for any new gift like chimes, card holder etc... these could contains mike and Vcam.
But i'm sure this is not possible to hack all systems without a same activity on all system. so keep eye on process u are applying on each system.

Get rid of expensive Windows and get Kubuntu.
He wont hack Kubuntu.
