Practice English, obviously.
Beyond that, get familiar with the format (It has changed quite a bit). I think it's worth getting an official practice CD from ETS and/or the Princeton Review's Cracking the TOEFL book.

By studying ENGLISH very well...
You have to know relevant English Structure really well....
Your Listening Skills should be properly developed...
Your Writing Skills should be good...
I am sure Test of English as a Foreign Language has changed a great deal since my days, but be confident and take it E Z...
Imagine yourself like going for a Game rather than a Test and I'm sure you will do OK...
Just be yourself with the confidence you have communicating with others in English, and you will find it smooth & easy.

practice english language grammer. improve your vocablary power. improve your grasping skills.
Do good practice on previous toefl papers.
