If the baby is half Irish, then that is all that matters. The child will grow up "1/2 Irish and 1/2 something else"

Erin, Connor are good Irish names you can drink to!

Why would you have to be careful how it's pronounced in Spanish? A baby named George or Peter isn't automatically referred to as Jorge or Pedro by Spanish speaking people. A name is a proper noun that should not be altered from one language to another. So if you named your baby George for example, it should be pronounced George by everyone else. You should be able to name your baby and have it pronounced any way you want.

Kian is lovely. As you are Irish, I'm hoping you are going to completely ignore the naff spellings of Sean. If you are going to use a lovely Irish name, then use the proper spelling. What about Finbar?

Martin, David and Vincent are three names that are the same in English and in Spanish. Patrick is always a great standby. And any Saint's name of course.
