I don't know where to go, but when doing business, always approach the big boss, not an underling. An underling will throw you out the door, and besides the big boss will have time to talk to you. An hourly employee will be too busy.

I tried doing it on eBay but they cancelled my auctions. They said I need a license from the transport & aviation authority.
