Do anyone Know where can i get baby's breath seed in Singapore??

Jasmine, try a plant store or a seed catalog. If baby's breath cuttings are used by florists in Sinapore, I can't really see why the government would be against you acquiring seed for your own garden.
In your phone directory, look under garden supplies or garden centers.

a short life but will resow every 3 weeks but that's not answering your question as to getting seeds in Singapore --- sorry can't help

Any garden shop will sale or give you a link to purchase the seeds.I agree that babies breath adds that final touch to any and all arrangements.
