1. Is it Mozilla FireFOX ? in IE or FF
You have to log in to YahooMail or
HotMail to send emails.
Or use Outlook Express or Outlook.
or any other email program you have.
For using them you don't need IE2: www.iobit.com
Download AdvancedWindowsCare personal
Free program. Also an antivirus program from
www.grisoft.com.
3.: Control Panel/ Add remove Programs/
IE see a repair option is available. or go back to earlier version
4 Download IE7 OR IE6 sp1 FROM THIS SITE.

You should get to Internet-age speed. Change the OS and RAM. I believe MS doesn’t support Win ME or Win 98. First upgrade RAM, upgrade IE and still doesn’t work then upgrade the OS.

the main reason why ur IE is not working is that ur IE is corrupted
and more over ur working on win ME which is a older version of OS
and there is one advantage in ME is that u can repaire IE
start--->setting--->control panel---->add/remove---->select IE click on remove ----->u will get a choice t remove or repaire click on repaire it will repare by it self after reparing u r not able to work with it then u have to reinstall IE
and for mozilla u have to check for prokies server to send emails...................
