Look at the policy manual of where your placement is. The typing of a CV on a company pc is trivial compared to having an employee perform personal errands for a supervisor. Check with Human Resources. In your conversations with the team manager, I would not tip your hand that you are going to bring up the dry cleaning issue ... make that a surprise for her.

Use the grievance procedure provided in the policy manual. Also, check to see if there is any government agency such as Legal Aid that can help you.

Hey I'm a second year social work student, if your doing a placement you should have a practice teacher and a tutor from your university...............raise these issues with them. Tell her that she is being an oppressive **** and explain that you got her dry cleaning and if she was giving you work to do then you wouldn't have to type up your CV. Good luck x

There must be someone higher than her that you can report this to and try to find another placement in the meantime
