Hello fellow thesis writer!

Went thru this phase a few months ago but finally achieved a breakthrough. I'm doin my thesis on diversity mgt, more from an HR perspective. One of the advantages of having a diverse workforce is improved marketing, esp. since consumers hail from diverse backgrounds. So you might want to tie marketing & diversity together:

1. how do brands successfully appeal to a diverse audience;
2. do companies adopt different marketing strategies according to race, ethnicity or other criteria

Other suggestions:
1. examine a specific ad/PR campaign that worked brilliantly (study why & how it clicked)
2. how blogging affects PR and brand image
3. the marketing challenge for fast-food companies in the face of increasing health awareness

Try a topic like "Impact of Internet on Retail Sales and Change in consumewr behaviour"
