Most women get this and it usually is a matter of just bucking down and getting on with it. If you can take a few weeks away from work, so that you can get up at your own time and relax, i know getting up so early and catching the bus DID NOT HELP ME!!!
The best thing to do is, have a packet of dry biscuits next to your bed, and instead of getting right up, nibble on them, this is meant to curb the sickness, antyhing dry, dry toast, ginger snaps, tea biscuits etc. Also try not to drink or eat too much before going to bed, i found that i was even more sickly when i had a full tummy from night before.
I just worked through mine, and it has mostly went away, just the odd day, but some women have sickness all the way through their pregnancy, so just keep your fingers crossed and hope that it will subside by the 2nd trimester
Congratulations and Good Luck

Ginger biscuits worked for me. Also if you feel sick before getting out of bed, keep a packet of plain (eg rich tea) biscuits by your bed and eat one or two before you get up. Hope this helps, and of course two things to remember, 1. the sickness doesn't last forever and 2. It's all worth it in the end ! Good luck

I had morning sickness all day. It was worse early in the morning, so my midwife had me to eat a peanut butter sandwich before bed. This worked for me. Foods that are high ih protien really help with morning sickness. If you dont like peanut butter try something else thats high in protien. Saltines crackers and dry toast are other things you can try, But they never worked for me.

Try eating a dry biscuit before you get out of bed in the morning, ginger nuts are quite good and keep them with you so that you can have one if your feeling sick. This worked for me on my three pregnancies

I had a craving for croissants so had a croissant every morning before I got out of bed!! There's no miracle cure really, I was sick almost everyday for the first 5months. Try eating little bits often & drink lots of water.

Good old ginger helps. Anything with ginger in it. I've also been told just to have ginger root handy and to sniff it. It's a tried and true remedy thats also natural. Also you could try keeping some dry biscuits on your bedside table, eat them before you actually get out of bed. Hope it helps you some.

when i was first pregnant, the doctor told me to have milky tea and some dried biscuits before getting up in the morning. he said dry toast during the morning also helps. i found these did help me. the advice he suggested is to eat regular, small snacks when you feel sick. this will pass after the first few months, but i totally sympathise..!
good luck.
