I am not very au fait with marketing on the Web, and I would like some help and advice to launch a 14 day system for business people to increase their sales, improve their productivity and eliminate stress.
As my website is new, I believe one of the best methods to attract clients is by Pay Per Click. Is that so?
I also want to find affiliates and agents to sell the system..

Id try and define your audince a bit more (more specific - whose is buying - the sales team, the HR people? managers?). The 14 day sounds a neat angle - maybe if you can prove it works (14 days is really not long for a trial - you could even do it for "free" for the right audience), then gain valuable PR and netwroking from that.
PPC is a cost effective to drive traffic but it does cost - and you have to do a fiar ol ammount of it and as a start up (I assume) wouldnt assume that the best place to be - other may be more helpful on that.
Finding affiliates/agent - careful they dont steal your customer base and/or take commisions from you own marketing spend - my advice is give it to them if theyre good and let them sell it - you develop it!
