Wash your face with a gentle cleanser that's suits your type of skin twice a day. Apply moisturiser when you think your skin is too dry if it's not then leave it out. Drink plenty of water and when you exercise use those facial wipes to get rid of the sweat and oil that courses pimples. Don't apply makeup like foundation to cover up the oiliness, it'll clog your pores and you'll spaz out with pimples!
Good luck!!!

I have oily skin and I used to think that the best way to get rid of the oil was to wash it with the strongest, most drying soap I could find and use alcohol-based toner and no lotion. I performed this "beauty ritual" at LEAST 3 times a day but I still had that just-dipped-my-face-in-a-tub-o-butter look. Stripping my face actually had the reverse effect and I over activated my sebaceous glands, the glands that produced oil. Now I use a gentle face wash (gentle exfoliation at night), a great toner from Aveda and an oil free lotion, twice a day. If I get the greasies on my nose I use an oil blotting towelette or plain water. As far as makeup goes, I look for oil free stuff and try and stay away from liquid foundations altogether. At night I'll use a mineral bronzer, which acts as a mattifying powder.

Hello, I'm a victim of the Oily Skin god and I've been having major issues with getting less oily skin...so my advice for your would be to wash your face with a mild cleanser, preferably for oily skin. Try the Clinique three step skin care system for oily skin. I use that along with their exfoliating scrub and mousse makeup remover. I also added some other stuff in the mix such as Biore Pore unclogging scrub, Biore Shine Free moisturizer (to use for daytime) and Johnsons and Johnsons toner
I know it sounds like a hassle but you do what you gotta do to get less oily skin. Also carry a napkin around in your purse to blot. Those work just as well as the little blue blotting sheets.
Hope this helps....oh yaeah, stram your face once a week to unclog the your pores, use a mud mask to tighten up the pores and do a microdermebrasion about twice a week to even your complexion

U can use products that are only for oily skins. Do not wash your face more often that u already do. One time in the morning and one time in the night is enough. You will only get your skin more oily if u wash it more than 2 times per day.
Also there are make up products for oily skins.
Do not expect much from all these products. I have oily skin too and I have tried a lot of products but none of them stopped my skin from being oily. Remember that oily skin is not so sensitive to fine lines and wrinkles, it is more resistant and u will happy for that when u will get over 30. :) :)

1) Don't use a oily moisturizer 2) Don't touch your face; if your face gets sweaty, use a towel 3) Don't eat oily foods 4) Don't eat any hot or spicy foods 5) Drink cold water or eat ice cream 6) If you're working out and don't want a oily/sweaty face, wear a towel around your neck to swipe off the sweat when you sweat.

Hi!. I used to have this problem, and tried everything, the only things that worked for me are....
Nutri-metics Skin Balance (you can get it on ebay if you don't want a party!)
And Max Factor have a liquid foundation that has and inbuilt shine free product!
Try them, as they are both great, and you can use the skin balance without wearing any other make-up and is great on sensitive skin!

I use a compact powder which matches my skin tone. I only apply it to my nose, under my eyes and chin. This takes away any shine, and dries up any oil. I can be re-applied at any time of the day as and when you feel it is required.

Have you ever tried witch hazel? It works great, and it's not so harsh on your skin.
