The KKK is in America and is actually divided into a number of separate organizations, so probably not.

A little bit difficult to claim exclusive use of the Saltire -- Russia and Greece may have something to say on that one. And the ground and colours have been changed anyway.

Perhaps you'd care to explain how you can take a non-corporate entity to court for a corporate offence?

The KKK could come back with the fact that they were started by three Scotsmen and the Saltire is part of their history....

Go for it. How dare they? It's a scunner. The KKK has no place in Scotland, and has no right to use the Saltire, as they do not represent the people of Scotland. I'm not sure they even represent the human race...

Protest. Collect signatures from every possible person that supports you,then submit it to the Representative of Parliment in your area.

I'm not a representative of the KKK, but if you refer to their Aberdeen branch they will explain that it is their flag as much as it is yours.
