As for the question of why I'm up in the first place, well, that would be because I completely screwed up my circadium rhythm, and thus find it difficult to go to bed at a decent hour.

I don't know!!! I wish I could sleep, it's 5:30 am where I'm at and been up all nite! It sux, there is nuthin on TV!! LOL! Been napping alot lately but not sleeping steady and I hate it!!! ggrrrrr!
