It actually depends what you mean by gay. But if you mean wanting to have sex with men, then for me, no. But bi-sexuals I guess there will be times when they prefer to be with a man, and other times they would prefer a woman. So I guess for them it should be the case.

As for appearing to be gay, I'm not sure what you mean. There are many different types of gay men, as you have posted previously in response to many questions! So a rough leather bear can be as gay as Jack from Will and Grace.

I am only sexually attracted to men and so if we define the word "gay" as a homosexual then I am 100% gay and thus I am being gay by the fact that I am with a man and have always been attracted to men and with men in any intimate way both sexually and romantically.I also have loved men romantically and love a man currently and that is a feeling. But I would not describe my love as "gay".It is love and there is no words before or after the name of the feeling.I do not appear as anyone other then myself. If the fact that I am gay means I appear gay then I guess that I can't say much more. However, I am often thought to be straight by many people who don't know me and so I tend to discount that I actually appear as anything and people just make their own assumptions. And assumptions are the degree's.

I should imagine so. The common consensus, these days, is that sexual orientation is ranged between "true het" and "true gay". Ostensibly then, it is possible that a gay individual may feel more or less gay. It is clear too (or is your "gaydar" 100% efficient?) that people can appear to be gay while others less so.
