...I would make a law that would enforce the use of common sense against all those "loopholes" in other laws
... I would gather all world leaders and repeatedly slap them for completely neglecting their people while trying to "achieve world peace"
...I would make sure that enough funds went to all those poorer countries of the world, even to the extend of draining the funds of overly rich countried that spend zillions of money on useless things.
...I would make sure people lived their lives as they see fit, and not as a minority of rulers sees fit
...I would make sure enough funds go to the development of medical and health products, and cut the costs of all these to an apporachable amount of money - not so immensly expensive that they become items for the elite
...I would try to eradicate the pointless bureaucracy that takes precious time of people when they try to accomplish simple things such as getting a passport or a tax statement
...I would lessen the taxes on those that obviously have low income and put heavier taxes on those that consistently evade taxes for many years now such as huge corporations and billionaires.
..I would probably resign and live on a secluded island, after seeing how the hellhole we live in cannot become better by one ruler alone;
It takes the will of more than one person, group of persons, country or nation.
It takes the will of all humans to change the world. And, unfortunately, this will does not exist....
