Yep, have a small meal, plenty to drink and get him to bed. Tell him You want to be on top tonight. You want him to just lie there while You take him. Try asking him some leading questions without getting personal. Like maybe what team does he go for? What kind of cars does he like? His opinion on what interests him? Be real sleazy in the bedroom. Get drunk together. Do fun stuff. So much of the times people lose sight of what they liked about each other in the first place.
This assumes, of course that the man was at one time communicative. If not, he may be reticent or braindead and you are just out of luck.
