What goes up must come down - If a rocket is launched into space it could come apart in the atmosphere and all the little particles would just keep orbiting the earth.

What goes around comes around - you could go around a roundabout and crash before getting back to that same exit.

Codswallop or is there an exception to the examples I've given ??
