I want to buy an old Notebook because my budget not allow me to buy a brand new Notebook.

Yes u can get a p-4 laptop within ur budget.What u have to do is first analyse the prices they offer for 2nd laptops in ebay.in and rediif. But plz donot but with them. And if u r living in Metros like Mumbai Bangalore etc find a retailer in ur city..
U can get them in the classifed ads of ur news paper, Evn if they donot mention abt old laptops better call and ask them.
Then make a deal with him.
Why i suggested u to go for classified ads is only low cost businesses are done in classifieds and defenetely if u find a computer sellers ad there im sure he will be selling old laptops or computers also.

I dont think you'll get a laptop with p3 configuration now...if u have budget upto 20000 then why dont you go for desktop computer.. anyways ill suggest u the configuration for Desktop Computer...

if you dont have any high graphical application to be run then graphics card is not needed as it comes with inbulit S3 Graphics card with a Support of Memory Sharing upto 256MB..If you Plan to Run Windows Vista on your New Comp.. then it is reccomended to get 1GB of Ram(512X2)
