I am looking for William from the Los Angeles area, possibly a plastic surgeon, possibly with a Japanese last name. Mother from Brazil, Maria Helena, and stepfather from Japan. Last time i saw him he was about 17 in 1985. Please help. Thank you

Red Cross will find him for you, and costs only nominal fee, but the organisation will let you know where he is only if he is willing to get in contact again with you. I think the Salvation Army also, but I don't know if he is not family how they are going to reply to you. Try. If the can't help because he is not family, try by finding on the net his name by connecting with his hobbies, aspirations to be, and connections such as friends in commom etc in the past. You said that he has a Japanese surname and father is surgeon, here you are can be that hard, Good luck.

you're not gunna find him here unless you are very very lucky, call the LA police department or court,they have everyone on record there if you're lookin for someone
