why aren't there any female leadres besides the white alien ranger, jen lead alittle in time force and SPD the red ranger was a female (the a squad) but there aren't really no female leaders why? just ask the question i posted nothing else please

Because even at the time it was first written (early 90's i seem to remember?) Women weren't considered as a being able to fight/do martial arts as well as men. This coupled with it was aimed at male kids who like nothing better than seeing themselves as the characters kicking *** all over the place.
The fact that there are any female rangers suggests they either gave in slightly to political correctness or they wanted some sort of love interest/tension. I never really watched it enough to learn if that's true or not though.

From how I understand it, the show is dependent on making money from toys. Male toys tend to sell better so that's usually why the boys are the leaders.
