Apply for a job depending on your qualifications. Be serious at the time of test and interview. Answer all questions intelligently and boldly. Try to find out how others have done. If you feel that you have done very well at the time of test and interview and still you did not get a job, report it to higher authorities

see if u want government job that means u r not interested in working any more...and if u r not interested then why government will give you job... Now a days government become clever.
