I had that problem with my Motorola v620. To be honest Motorola phones are so finicky about actually working, there's most likely compatibility issues between Bluetooth devices.

I was able to send just fine to my PC bluetooth device but other phones didn't even react when I tried to send a file.

My advice: next time you upgrade get either a Nokia or Sony Ericcson. Motorola just aren't upto standard yet.

I have a Motorola V3X myself and sending and recieving bluetooth is a right boneache. You have to 1st of all pair up the two devices. Then go to the pic or whatever you want to bluetooth, then go into select manage select copy it will then seek a paired up device and send it. Or it should!

I had problems with my V3x also. It could not find other bluetooth devices also the voice dialling was stupid it did not work properley. I complained to Vodaphone and told them it was crap. They told me that Motorola had brought out new software, sent me a new phone, I sent the old phone back and this works great now. Contact your service provider.

Apparently they had to fix it cos the same software had been put in mercedes cars and everyone went mad.
