You can always withdraw money from a bank ATM where Bank of America in your country has relations with another bank.

I went to Hong Kong and I banked with Bank of America and I was able to withdraw cash from the BoA ATM; however, I also traveled to Beijing and I withdrew money from where ever I saw a legtimate ATM. They do charge a fee to use Non-Bank of America ATM's as well as a non-agreed Bank ATM.

You can also request a check card (credit and debit) from your bank so that you can use it anywhere VISA is accepted. Beaware that if you travel to another country and use credit on the check card you will get charged fees (usually converting fees or whatever other fees). You need to speak with your bank or look online to find out the fees.

Good Luck.

debit cars with visa and mastercard can be use anywhere they have the a visa or mastercard symbol on the atm. your bank might take out a fee for the country you are in. on the back of your atm card there are other symbols. should be good if the atm has those logo to.

Yes. My debit card from the Bank of America has "Visa" on it and I can use it in most ATM's overseas without any problems.
