Not all do. Many scientists believe the increasing temperatures are the natural global cycles the earth goes through every so many decades.
It's man's arrogance to think he can heat up the entire planet with his doings. Just no way, not possible.....
Generally, it's liberal minded people to include the liberal media that pushes this concept. There is no doubt it's happening, just not because of man. And since it's not man's doings, man can't stop it. Whatever happens will happen and there is nothing mankind can do about it.

For the same reason many believed that Piltdown Man was a genuine fossil, when even at the time there was not the slightest hint that advanced anthropoids had ever lived in the British Isles - namely, scientists are humans, therefore fallible, and sometimes they just *want* to believe something even without clear supportive evidence.

I'm not sure if this question makes sense.
Ohh you must mean the reheating of earth in which ended the ice age. Weellllll the ice age was NOT exactly the Earths type of climate. It was just a shift to clean all the crap up a comet left after killing off the dinosaurs or something.

It's obvious from your brilliant question you have a deep grasp of science, and are a highly educated man. Keep trying, and just by the laws of probability you will eventually produce something vaguely intelligent.

Why don't you read a book and find out? If you, with clearly far less intellect, feel comfortable disputing scientific research on the internet, shouldn't they, with centuries of knowledge, share that with the rest of us?

I don't know. I think they want to continually stir up controversy so they can continue getting their grants.
