I advice you to look for some Yoga books. Most of people are sceptic about Yoga. But if you realy want to preserve your energy and stay more concentrated, just try some basic concentration exercices if you really want to.

This is natural and you shouldn't fight it. Date whomever you please, use protection of course. When you find the "right" one you will know and the real love will begin. In the meantime, be honest with whomever you are dating and have fun. Life is too short.
