I think we can create our own heaven or own own hell.We do this in the way we choose to live our lives and treat others.
To each our concept of heaven and hell is different.
For each, has varied needs,life experiences and definition of what heaven actually is.
Hell is the disbelief and lack of faith that this can ever be achieved.
For then life itself has no purpose.
Life with no purpose and no faith is hell.Life with hope and purpose is heaven.

Oh yes Heaven has existed even before the universe was created and will last forever,to love God and walk in His ways means that you carry Heaven within you.
