I think they use rags!!!!! Cut out clothese and then they change them often.

One where do you think the term "on the rag" came from??
Two I knew an Amish family for awhile therefore knew that they are allowed a few "luxuries" and maybe tampons are one of them.*shurg*
that was one thing I had NEVER thought to ask about

They probably use cloth. No one would put wool in their underwear.
