Tiscali problems?

We use Tiscali and found we cant get into our fav chatrooms and some sites in ' peak hours' due to Tiscali reducing our width/usage! How can they get away with this as we now dont get what we pay for ( bandwidth wise)???
Anyone else having these problems?

It's called a FUP fair usage policy you've probably broke the limits. Someone has been downloading or uploading too much or playing games online too much.

Change your ISP is the only way out.

My mum once asked me what I want for my birthday.

She tried to buy Ticali.
