According to George Romero (the zombie king of film) yes. In the film "Day of the dead" a pregnant woman turned into a zombie and gave birth to a zombie baby. Cool stuff.

If the woman was already pregnant before she became a zombie, she would deliver a zombie baby. But I cant picture zombies having sex, (too slow), I doubt if they get pregnant as zombies.

I say no, Zombies are dead technically, so how would they be able to produce a life? Plus I agree with that other guy who said that they wouldn't have to spread the zombie virus by biting people if they could have babies.

I'll say no, unless the person is already pregnant prior to becoming a zombie (assuming the person was like, attacked and bitten by another zombie which cause it to become a zombie also.

If we are going into the realms of fantasy.
Then even if a zombie mother gave birth.
She would immediatly be drawn to the smell of her newborn and "kill" it as it was born.
The urge would not allow her to wait for the placenta to eat,but it would drive her to eat the baby as well.
A good question on the night of a full moon!

"Zombies are sterile creatures. Their sexual organs are necrotic and impotent. Attempts have been made to fertilize zombie eggs with human sperm and vise versa. None have been successful. The undead have also shown no signs of sexual desire, either for their own species or for the living.”

No, of course not. If they could reproduce directly, they wouldn't need to spread the zombie virus by biting people. It's a safe assumption that no type of undead can reproduce by conventional means.

WHAT?

Look, zombies are undead creatures. Only the strogly chained astral/magical energy makes them walk and scare. Their bodyparts are separated form nutritients and blood. Only the most important functions work, speaking, sexual activities, and even thinking is banned. Reflexes work though, but nothing direct.

So, the answer is NO.

NO, they are just rotting flesh and wouldn't have time to have a baby. Now whether or not they have sex I can't answer.

Yeah, I think they are called Zombinos. They like nibbling on fingers.
