Ok so this song came out in the mid-90s. I can't remember anything except it was sung by a female and said something about wanting a man or someone who will lie to her. Something like, "If you really love me lie to me." I can't figure it out! Nothing is triggering my memory. Please help!

I did a bit more searching and came up with a Joan Jett? I don't remember it being rock, and I'm not able to find it on LimeWire or iTunes...HELP!!!!
