HELL YES. Finally, a way to get BUSH out of the White House. YES, you have an EXCELLENT idea. Hose the people who support TERRORISM. Bush is HISTORY.

FYI, I posted Thumbs Up for the two comments directly below mine. Terrorists should be HOSED OUT OF EXISTENCE. Yes, rid the planet of TERRORISTS.....and those who SUPPORT the TERRORISTS.

People supporting terrorism should be tried for treason and banned from not only the democratic rights of this country but from it itself as well.

yes! They should be banned from ever entering any democratic country. Terrorism should be listed as the highest crime and supporting it should be listed as the same.

I don't know... It seems like the terrorists and terrorist supporters don't live in a democratic country already... So I'm guessing they already shunned democracy.

Oops, careful when you use that word, "Terrorists," because most of our Founding Fathers would have been labeled as such if England had defeated the Americans during the Revolutionary war!

Remember the Boston Tea party? That was an act of terrorism but we used a euphemism and called it a rebellious act on unfair taxation without representation of our rights before the King of England, as we were second-class English subjects at the time... remember your history?

What sets us apart from other countries is our love of democracy, not our military might, or our power to enforce laws over others but our COMPASSION for the weak, the disenfranchised and, yes, even our enemies. This is what brought about the needed healing after our Civil War, and it would have succeeded moreso than it did if not for the FEW hot-heads that were in government within our Southern and Northern populace, that couldn't let the war end in total peace.

If we lower ourselves to do as our enemies do, HOW would that make us better than what they are? We are a civilized country and we must not act uncivilized, or we lower our stature in the eyes of the world, especially now that we are under a constant microscope and other countries question each and every act we do now on the world stage.

Whenever you use evil to fight evil... ONLY evil wins in the end.

AND what if someone is falsely accused? How can that person honestly defend him/herself if they are prevented from defending themselves but are just locked up, secluded, away from family and friends, prevented from even going before a jury of his/her peers and receive fair and adequate legal defense as we all are entitled to? ANYONE can be falsely accused by political enemies. How can anyone be believed if he/she admits to something under torture, admits to ANYTHING that the torturer wants him/her to admit to?

In times of emergencies, only those with cool heads must prevail. Thinkers, philosophers... not hot-heads who would keep us in constant wars to the point of our own destruction.

Our Constitution was founded under the beliefs that we are all equal and entitled to the same legal and humane treatment; deviating from that will not make us a better nation anytime soon.

Terrorist would want us to abandon our way of living, which includes our sense of law and order; if we treat them as they would treat us... we would have surrendered ourselves to their way of thinking. I disagree. I would rather maintain my head up high with pride in our American way of justice and fairness, and our compassion and humanity, rather than being proud of our military might.
