I know it's a weird question, but I just can't imagine her doing it. I did see a picture of her with her finger in her nose, though.

She's human so she probably does, but like most women she probably does it silently and then tries to cover it up. And being a Queen I'll be a damned fool if anyone tries to say "My Majesty, I do think you just cut the cheese" ...

Yes she does.But did you know (this is a fact) that before she goes to public functions,knighting,etc,she takes a tablet beforehand to suppress wind.I personally think this is not good for a person.But could you imagine if she let out a squeaky one by accident?Not 'cool'.
