She's human so she probably does, but like most women she probably does it silently and then tries to cover it up. And being a Queen I'll be a damned fool if anyone tries to say "My Majesty, I do think you just cut the cheese" ...

Yes she does.But did you know (this is a fact) that before she goes to public functions,knighting,etc,she takes a tablet beforehand to suppress wind.I personally think this is not good for a person.But could you imagine if she let out a squeaky one by accident?Not 'cool'.
