There are several places that offer personal loan that don't require you to own a home, check with your bank or Credit Union they are going to have lower rates then that of the next options I will give you, American General Fincancial, Benefiical, and Citi Financial all offer personal loans to people without requiring home ownership but this places comes pretty high interest rates, if you haven't tried this yet then you need to check out www.prosper.com this is a people to people lending site that is great and they have helped many people in need just like you, make sure that you read through everything so that you understand how is works then join a group(which is FREE) by joining a group you have a better chance to get your laon request funded, if you have any questions about how to do this let me know I got my loan from them and it was awesome! if you look in the back of some newspapers like the mirror they advertise finance companys like brokers. If you pay them a fee they will locate a loan company that is willing to lend you the money. You will find though that it will be a high interest one, thats how they make their money coz they know you cant get credit from anywhere else.

Forget the loan and just try and earn a bit more. You will pay out so much on unsecured loans that it just isn't worth it if you are already hard up
