But why do they appear on my hand and my arm? why doesn't it appear to all?

they are not nerves but VEINS (dorsal venous network)The dorsal venous network of the hand is a network of veins formed by the dorsal metacarpal veins.

It is found on the back of the hand and gives rise to veins such as the cephalic vein and the basilic vein.

***they appear on hand because they are superficial and large veins. there are less fat in the dorsal hand, as you can see in your hand.

you are muscular not fatty so thats why they appear a bit
