Overlooked areas where almost all children are prodigies, compared to adults: Being physically flexible. Learning language. Fighting disease. Recognizing faces and voices. Inspiring love.

I don't think child prodigies are restricted to any fields. A child can be "prodigious" in just about anything.

I can think of specific examples in physics, medicine, art, music, literature, mathematics, chess, languages etc.
