it could be wind.
If it continues get it checked out by GP for reassurance.

air bubbles, or quickening movements of a fetus? Some woman go through an entire pregnancy and still have periods. I would do a pregnancy test to rule it out then get some advice from your doctor. As far as I know if the you are pregnant the pill won't have harmed your baby but please clarify this with a doctor. You said stomach but because your mentioning the pill and periods I am assuming you mean your lower abdomen, where your uterus is.

could either be wind or pregnancy! i've been pregnant and the popping fluttering sensations feel the same, do a pregnancy test to rule it out. you will still have periods because you are still on the pill. if you've missed a pill it makes it very easy to get pregnant. i know this because i only missed two and fell pregnant straight away. good luck

Sounds like trapped wind honey. Try massaging your tummy a little, it may release the wind, & settle you. If that fails, try a heat pad or hot water bottle placed on it, it should work. xxx
