Isn't that the question? And the answer is we don't really know, do we. My personal theory is that it isn't a hard and fast number breakdown, that every trait is influenced by heredity and environment to differing degrees. Some traits are clearly all hereditary, like blood type. Other traits, such as behavior and learning probably have a significantly higher environmental effect.

Who's to say? Someday in the future we'll have studied enough identical twins to sort some of this out.

no, i say about 33% heredity and 66% enviro. (if you're talking about humans)
