i want to know can we find the mobile in india

It is technically possible, but unfortunately unlikely, unless the person who found it really wants to return it to you.
Only very few operators actually check to see if phones are stolen or on a trace list. I know this because I work in the tech department of a mobile operator.
If a phone is stolen, it will likely be unlocked and shipped out to another country.
If a good person found it, he should take it to the shop of the operator whose sim you have in it.
