Poorest countries are those which have to depend on others to meet their needs.
The countries are therefore: -
1. USA (Running around the world over to grab resources from wherever they can manage)
2. Ethiopia (Hit by the worst drought)
Richest country in the world is Afghanistan.
Not a penny of loan payable to any country of the world.
They have self respect and do not look up to other nations for loans or even aid.
It is only due to havoc played, first by USSR and then by USA, which destroyed their infrastructure whatever they had and now are trying to stay there under the cover of re-build Afghanistan. Should not have destroyed it in the first place.
By definition Afghanistan is the richest, I believe.
