The Ovulation predictor kits that use urine can be bought in any drug store. They track levels of hormones in your urine. Usually the kit will contain 7 sticks. You will need to read the directions because each is different but the one i used told me to start taking the tests on the 11th day after my period started. You take one every day and wait until both lines are the same intensity. This means that you have had a hormone surge and will be ovulating in 24-48 hours. You should start having sex at this time to concieve. I have also used a saliva ovulation microsope ($25) This tests the hormones in your saliva. You look for a "ferning" effect to know when you will be ovulating. You can also track basal body temp or use an ovulation monitor but it is expensive. I hope this helps!!
