My husband and I have been ttc since November. I just ovulated last Wed (Jan 24) and last night I started having pulsing pains on the left side of my lower abdomen. These pains didn't hurt but they also did not feel like typical "cramps". At the same time I was having sharp pains in my breasts that felt like pinpricks. I had a small amount of clear discharge later that night but no spotting or staining at all. I have never been pregnant so I have no idea if this could be a sign of pregnancy since it is too early to test. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks!!

Yes, this recently happened to me. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative though but I am waiting another 2 weeks to take another one because it may have been too early.
